1651 Response Road

Graceada Partners bought the office building at 1651 Response Road and wanted the property to have a strong identity, from the street to the front door. Out front it needed a monument with room for tenants to gain exposure; at the main entrance, under a curved overhang with a band of dark panels above the glass doors, visitors needed a clear street number.

We fabricated and installed the monument on the lawn by the building. It stands about 72 inches tall, 96 inches long and 8 inches wide, fabricated from aluminum, and like most signs of its size it required a city permit and engineering. Its address is the main graphic: 1651, stacked in tall dimensional numerals standing proud of the monument's white body. The body sits on a bright orange base with RESPONSE across the front, and its large flat face is designed with eight tenant spaces, where names and logos will go up as acrylic dimensional letters on backers.

Over the entrance we made and installed flat cut-out 1651 numbers, centered on the dark fascia directly above the doors, where the gold-toned numbers stand out against the panels.
