Safe-Hold Storage

Safe-Hold Storage is a self-storage facility on Freeport Boulevard in Sacramento, with rows of units behind red roll-up doors. Its buildings are split-face block topped with a red roof edge, and the facility wanted a lit sign on the block wall facing the street, under that red edge, so passing drivers could see the name day and night.

We welded the cabinet to size in our shop, routed the face panel and installed LED lighting, built to UL standards. The graphics were printed to the shape of the panel and applied by our production team. On the left, the logo shows a storage unit with a red roll-up door and a keyhole; beside it, SAFE-HOLD is set in bold red capitals with a key in place of the hyphen, with STORAGE LLC and the tagline Expanding Your Capacity below in black. A red border frames the white face, inside the cabinet's black frame, tying the sign to the red roof edge and doors.

For self-storage, a lit cabinet on the building itself is a practical sign: it's durable, visible after dark, and the face can be updated without replacing the cabinet. Building the cabinet and the graphics under one roof keeps the colors and fit consistent.
